Therapy Services

I have a passion for supporting women's health across the lifespan

Perinatal Counselling

from conception through until 12 months postpartum
I support birthing women and non-birthing partners through the journey of becoming a mother or parent. Whether you are navigating pregnancy, preparing for birth or experiencing birth trauma or adjusting to life postpartum. I understand the profound transition through matrescence and I am here to create a safe space for you to be vulnerable and raw whilst feeling validated, nurtured and empowered.

Parent and Carer Support

I support parents and carers through the highs and lows of parenting with an attachment-focussed approach to parenthood incorporating infant and child wellbeing.

I also support parents and carers of neurodiverse children to adjust and adapt to their unique parenting experience, to guide them using psycho-education in to a place of calmness and confidence.

Neurodiversity affirming practice

I take a strengths based approach to support autistic and ADHD individuals, whether you’re self-identified, recently diagnosed or late-diagnosed. I can help you understand your unique brain and neurotype, adjust to your diagnosis, heal from past trauma and assist with practical strategies to support sensory overwhelm or burn out.

General Mental Health

I offer therapy for common mental health challenges such as anxiety, stress, overwhelm as well as depression, low mood or burn out.
I hope to empower individuals through their own self understanding to move toward self-growth and resilience.

I provide evidence-based, neuroaffirming and trauma-informed therapy and practice from an integrated approach incorporating modalities of;
Therapy is tailored to each individual specific to their presentation and needs. I believe that each individual is unique and therefore individualised support is important.
Please note, whilst I accept referrals from all genders and identities, my primary focus is supporting Individuals who are AFAB (assigned female at birth) and those who identify as female.
I welcome non birthing partners or family members to accompany clients in their sessions as well as infants and children.
