About Me
Your mental health is my passion
Hi I’m Emma!
I am a mother of two, a Registered Psychologist and Director of Wholesome Psychology. I have a passion for supporting women’s health, particularly through the perinatal period and the transition in to motherhood.
I am also passionate about authentically supporting neurodivergent mothers, parents and carers and their families, combining my professional and lived experiences to create a neuroaffirming and welcoming space.
I enjoy supporting women and girls with common mental health challenges such as stress, anxiety and overwhelm. I understand first-hand the demands of study, work, balancing a family or other hobbies and the interrelation this has with our mental health and overall wellbeing.
I take a holistic and whole person approach to therapy,
integrating mind, body and soul to support overall wellness. I hope to foster a warm, genuine and nurturing environment, walking alongside you in your journey.
I also like to work with other health professionals, incorporating a collaborative and wholesome approach to therapy. Whether you see a naturopath, dietician, GP, Psychiatrist, I am open to working alongside other health professionals, to ensure you are best supported.

My Journey
For well over a decade, I have gained extensive experience and skills working with children, adolescents and their families across government, not for profit and private sectors.
My passion and commitment for supporting women in the perinatal period stems from my own profound and challenging birth experience and matrescence journey, sparking interest in supporting women as they too navigate this season. Since this time, I have dedicated ongoing learning and professional development to this area and honed my expertise in perinatal counselling.
Additionally, following my son’s diagnosis and my own late-diagnosis, I took a deep dive into learning everything I could about neurodivergence and the many challenges neurodivergent families experience. Following a whirlwind of adapting to our unique family dynamic, this season bought about another passion and interest in supporting other parents and families to feel like they too can thrive in parenting a neurodivergent family.
